During 3 weeks your body gets a physical boost. In March-April focused on the load of skiing, in June-July we will work on your summer body under the expert guidance of master students sports physiotherapy and physical education and movement sciences.
We offer 3 lessons per week. Registration is possible in packages of 3 weeks (9 lessons). One lesson lasts 1.5 hours and is limited to 10 persons, so so you will be guided in the best possible way.
