With the small group training of GRINTA you strengthen your body in a balanced and responsible way. This is done in groups of max. 10 people, so you will be guided in the best possible way. We build condition, strength, coordination, stabilization and agility.

With a choice of different moments you will be offered 2 lessons per week. Registration is possible in packages of 4 weeks each (8 lessons). One lesson lasts 1 hour each time.

You can attend 1 lesson for free! Register here, so we can guarantee the correct group size at all times.
